Coconut ice cream in the summer. Wow, this is so delicious,
so easy to make, and it only has three ingredients because
the cream of coconut provides all the sweetness.
1 cup
whipping cream
1½
cups
whole milk
1
15 oz can of cream of coconut
Stir the cream
of coconut really well to break up any clumps. Dump the
whipping cream and milk in the ice cream maker then add the cream
of coconut. Turn the ice cream maker on and let it do its work.
